Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated test cases for claims platform applications and enhancements.
- Validate software changes and releases to ensure functionality, quality, and performance prior to production deployment.
- Develop, support, and maintain testing orchestrations and automated execution workflows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and testing teams to improve quality and testing efficiency.
- Experience building and executing automated test cases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience with software testing and quality validation practices.
- Experience with test orchestration tools, workflows, or automation platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Nice to have
- Prior software testing and automation experience.
- Experience implementing automated testing solutions in a technology environment.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to learn a new business domain quickly.
- Ability to contribute without requiring extensive training in both insurance concepts and automation fundamentals simultaneously.
- Experience with both coded and codeless automation testing tools.
- Claims platform or insurance industry experience.
- Experience supporting centralized service organizations.
- Experience analyzing large datasets using Excel or similar tools to identify trends, root causes, and recommendations.

Compensation
- $100,450.00 - $157,850.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
