- Position Details: Main Office location: Kingston, PA Service Area: Wilkes Barre area.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary team to contribute a strong Plan of Care for each patient.
Requirements
- 2+ years' nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics is desirable.
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
