Responsibilities
- Support the purchase accounting process for new acquisitions and/or licenses in accordance with Ontic and Group policies (US GAAP).
- Lead integration of finance processes and procedures for all new product line integrations in Miramar.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant with 5+ years' experience in a large multinational company
- Experience and able to demonstrate ability to write succinctly and to produce presentations
- Able to demonstrate the ability to consider wider business implications when considering options and making decisions
- Ability to work effectively with others throughout the Company
- C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
Nice to have
- Experience of working in a manufacturing and/or engineering finance function is preferred
Compensation
- Manage the annual budgeting and reforecasting process and perform monthly budget to actuals reviews with department managers.
