About the role

  • We are seeking a motivated, curious PharmD to join our Customer Success team as a Clinical Applications Specialist.
  • You'll serve as a trusted clinical voice for our customers: someone who can learn to speak pharmacokinetics fluently, earn credibility fast with experienced pharmacists, and turn a new site into a confident, self-sufficient one.
  • We value genuine curiosity about pharmacokinetics, AI, and the future of precision dosing as much as we value a specific training pedigree.

Responsibilities

  • Build clinical credibility; pharmacists want to know you speak their language before they'll engage with the tool
  • Take initiative on projects beyond the core role. The people who thrive here tend to find, or create, opportunities in research, content, product feedback, events, and more
  • A creative streak. We've had team members contribute to everything from customer-facing design to conference presence, and we love when people bring their whole selves to work
  • If you're a PharmD who's found yourself wanting more variety, more ownership, and more room to build than a traditional pharmacy career path offers, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise isn't required, we'll help you build it, but the curiosity has to be real
  • Experience working independently across multiple stakeholders (clinical, technical, administrative) to see a project through
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • A track record of completing long-term, multi-stage projects

Nice to have

  • An interest in content creation: training videos, documentation, written material
  • Interest or experience in data science, AI/ML, or EHR integration
  • A creative streak.
  • Our Customer Success team is sharp, curious, and genuinely invested in each other's growth.
  • We won't pretend that's always a straight line.
  • Not every experiment works.
  • If this sounds like you, even if your resume doesn't check every box, we'd love to hear from you.
  • InsightRX is an equal opportunity employer.
