Own MatX's shared power architecture framework for server-class AI accelerators.
Build and correlate estimation frameworks that connect architecture intent to implementation reality.
Partner with architecture, RTL, DV, PD, and platform teams.
Drive decisions across power, performance, area, timing, voltage, thermal, reliability, schedule, and deployability.
Experience building early models to influence direction and later models for correlation.

You will work with domain owners as true technical counterparts, understand their constraints, and help MatX make better power decisions as the design moves from idea through deployment.

Deep experience in power architecture, power modeling, power methodology, or power-performance analysis for complex chips.
Ability to reason across architecture, RTL, PD, firmware, platform, and thermal constraints and tradeoffs.

Experience with AI accelerators, GPUs, datacenter CPUs, networking silicon, or other server-class chips.
Experience with ML workloads and perf/Watt analysis.
Experience correlating architectural models to RTL, PD, silicon, or platform measurements.

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job related skills, and relevant education and training. Career length is only a guideline for compensation.
Early Career - $120,000 - $275,000 + equity
Mid Career - $175,000 - $450,000 + equity
Senior Career - $275,000 - $600,000 + equity
Time To Recharge 4 weeks paid time off (accrued), 12 company holidays, and 3 weeks remote/flexible work per year
