As the population of children with two working parents grows, so does the demand for childcare where families are engaged in their child's learning experiences.

Partner with multiple departments to curate information, deliver key insights and provide strategic perspectives; provide actionable recommendations based on data and performance objectives
Build financial models and sensitivity analyses to determine forecasted revenue, costs, and profitability for various scenarios and new growth initiatives
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of work through AI-driven solutions

Proven track record of translating complex and fragmented data sets to meaningful insights and recommendations
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and attention to detail
Independent and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment fueled by inorganic growth
Minimum of 3 years' experience including financial modeling, planning and decision support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; highly proficient in other Microsoft applications
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights, including OfficeConnect) & NetSuite (strongly preferred), or other financial planning and ERP platforms

Lead monthly rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and annual budget process. Perform analysis to understand and communicate variances while working to improve forecasting methods
The annual starting salary for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 annually.
