- You will manage lead communication in the CRM, build a strong prospecting rhythm, learn the property management industry, and contribute directly to team pipeline and revenue goals.
- You can stay organized, manage follow-up, and use feedback and performance data to sharpen your work.
Requirements
- No prior sales experience is required - we will teach the methodology, tools, and industry knowledge needed to be successful.

- Starting base salary is $43,900, with on-target commission and bonus earnings up to $65,850.
