About the role
- Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join our foundational team in Sartell, Minnesota.

Responsibilities
- We recognize that clinicians wear multiple hats - care team quarterback, leader, mediator, translator - and our goal is to support and partner with them so they can effectively care for our patients.
- Communicator: Manages communication with and across patients, families, and caregivers, fosters team collaboration and addresses communication gaps to ensure effective care management.
- Advocate: Supports patients and families and meets them where they are while leveraging resources to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
- Be a part of a team-based environment focused on providing high quality pediatric care within a mission drive organization.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree required from an accredited institution
- Must be Board-Certified in Pediatrics
- At least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience working in a pediatric setting
