About the role

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join our foundational team in Sartell, Minnesota.
You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of the pediatric population and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.

Communicator: Manages communication with and across patients, families, and caregivers, fosters team collaboration and addresses communication gaps to ensure effective care management.
Advocate: Supports patients and families and meets them where they are while leveraging resources to ensure coordinated and seamless care.

M.D. or D.O. degree required from an accredited institution
Must be Board-Certified in Pediatrics
At least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience working in a pediatric setting

Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
Collaboration: Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.
Growth-Orientated: Fosters growth and learning for patients, families, and colleagues through innovation, adaptability, and skill development.
Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility.
