About the role

- The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures (30%)
- Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%)
- Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%)
Requirements
- Minimal travel required
- Some manual tasks, such as carrying luggage or opening doors for guests, may be required during guest interactions.
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A dditional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
