Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for your area - set direction, prioritize ruthlessly, and align the team around what matters most and why
- Develop a genuine, granular understanding of how customers think, work, and struggle - not just what they ask for
- Build relationships with customers directly; bring the voice of the user into every product decision
- Understand how different parts of the product connect and affect each other - design solutions that work across the whole, not just the immediate problem
