About the role

Summary The Installer completes flooring tile installations while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency on each project.
This role involves preparing work areas, installing materials according to specifications, and ensuring the job site is clean and complete before leaving.
The Installer may also help guide apprentice installers and communicate job progress with the team.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and inspect completed work before leaving the site.
Properly use and maintain company tools, and equipment.

Experience installing flooring tile in a construction environment.
Ability to read plan layouts & measurements.
Basic knowledge of installation tools, materials, and techniques.
You have come to the right place.
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
Ability to lift and carry materials and tools as needed (50 - 75 lbs.)
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to work efficiently on active job sites and manage time well.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
