  • operations organization reporting directly to the Night Manager. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations to include inventory control, shipping and receiving operations in a Direct Sales organization. Preference for warehouse automation experience and union environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Capability to train and implement new technology and processes while maintaining productivity.
  • Individual and collective accountability, reward and recognition programs, communication designed to develop the frontline employees and build a desirable place to work.
  • Development and Implementation with the management team and frontline of correct standard operating procedures and performance-based metrics in order to drive results through continuous improvement programs such as lean six sigma

  • Compensation and Benefits The anticipated salary range for this position is $76,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset.
