About the role

  • As Ruggable's Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations and bulk wholesale fulfillment.
  • This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and shipped on time to exceed customer expectations.
  • We are looking for a professional with two years of management experience who will naturally embody and instill our company values within their team

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain and network warehouse leaders to develop standard work and best practices
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align production, shipping and receiving schedules
  • Place orders and create system to manage the procurement process for any material and supplies purchased locally
  • Manage, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates, leads, and supervisors
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and lean initiatives

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required (Up to 50 lbs)
  • 5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or fulfillment work
  • 2 years of Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Netsuite) platforms
  • Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with at least five years of experience in manufacturing support, spanning e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale channels.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience delivering improvement with Six Sigma and/or Lean Methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $90,000 per year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
