About the role
- As Ruggable's Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations and bulk wholesale fulfillment.
- This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and shipped on time to exceed customer expectations.
- We are looking for a professional with two years of management experience who will naturally embody and instill our company values within their team
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain and network warehouse leaders to develop standard work and best practices
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align production, shipping and receiving schedules
- Place orders and create system to manage the procurement process for any material and supplies purchased locally
- Manage, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates, leads, and supervisors
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and lean initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as required (Up to 50 lbs)
- 5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or fulfillment work
- 2 years of Management experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Netsuite) platforms
- Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with at least five years of experience in manufacturing support, spanning e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale channels.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience delivering improvement with Six Sigma and/or Lean Methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000 per year base salary
- An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
- Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
