About the role
- Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is hiring a Plant Superintendent to play a key leadership role at our new degumming facility in David City, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production.
- Train, supervise, and develop plant employees by:
- Develop and manage operational and improvement projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations related to plant operations.
- Leadership opportunity at a new facility with the ability to make a real impact.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of supervisory or plant leadership experience (manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment preferred).
- Experience or knowledge of refined oil processing or degumming operations strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
