- We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Head of Marketing at Amplitude.
- Protect executive time and create leverage:
- Proactively manage complex calendars, travel, meeting preparation, communications, decisions, and follow-ups, ensuring the Head of Marketing can focus on the highest-impact priorities.
- Create visibility across key priorities and initiatives, track follow-ups and decisions, surface blockers, and ensure important work doesn't stall or fall through the cracks.
- Run and co-manage AI-powered workflows and systems that improve productivity, team cohesion, communication, and effectiveness.
Compensation
- $138,000 - $207,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP- or C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience managing complex executive calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting logistics, expenses, and executive communications.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, events, or cross-functional initiatives and driving follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows, productivity, or decision-making.
- A track record of handling highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and discretion.
- The ability to work from our San Francisco office as part of our hybrid work model.
