The ideal candidate is a self-starter with AI and Automation technical expertise and strong team management skills.
This position serves an important role in supporting the Navy's ability to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent through alignment of workflows to AI and automation technical capabilities.

Work directly with the government project manager to oversee and manage cost, schedule and performance
Analyze current government workflow/processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop implementation plan with technical team to deliver improvements to the client
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses
Support clients by managing project budgets/costs, schedules, performances, briefing slides, and risks
Apply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectives

10+ years of relevant DoW work experience
Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
Demonstrated experience in workflow/process analysis and improvement implementation
Experience leading technical team and implementing process improvement plan
Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization.
Project Management Professional (PMP)
