About the role

We are seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central (ADT) Analyst for a contract engagement through November 2026, with a strong possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and build support of our Epic Grand Central application. While direct Grand Central build experience is highly
preferred, candidates with robust build experience in Epic Prelude (Registration) and a strong understanding of ADT workflows are highly encouraged to apply. Experience with Epic's Identity (MPI) module or RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) configuration.
Previous experience supporting large-scale Epic upgrades or post-live optimization cycles.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on Epic analyst experience focusing on ADT/Prelude patient identity and tracking workflows.
Strong knowledge of patient movement workflows, bed planning, environmental services (EVS) integration, and patient registration pathways.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and interface errors.
