About the role
- You down with e-commerce and retail fulfillment?
- This position will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory and successful completion of our cycle count program.
- Daily operations include cycle counting, inventory transfers, QC/RTV pulls, locating lost/aging inventory, reconciling large inventory adjustments, and the usual distribution center tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ability to lead and develop people in a team environment
- We're on the search for an Inventory Support Supervisor for our Riverside Distribution Center.
- You'll be responsible for overseeing the Inventory Support department.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse/distribution center supervising 20+ people
- Experience working with various Warehouse Management Systems. (i.e. Manhattan, Red Prairie, Highjump)
- Familiarity with LEAN production work methods
- High communication skills, including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback, and solid verbal and written communicator
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Inventory Control experience a plus
Compensation
- $66k-$72k
