About the role
- In this hands-on, general labor role, you will help ensure materials meet quality standards and customer specifications in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
- Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience
- Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to a supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a physical manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
- We manufacture laminated wood products used in RVs, cargo trailers, and manufactured or modular homes.
- Our operation includes an in-house mill that cuts and prepares materials prior to the lamination process, giving operators exposure to multiple stages of production.
- Move, handle, and secure lumber products and materials according to instructions
- Stack finished products based on bundle size and customer requirements
- Label materials by product type, size, and count
- Apply individual tags before and/or after treating or production
- Band, bundle, and secure materials using strapping and corner protectors
