Requirements
- Associate degree with 4+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience, OR
- Master's degree, OR
- 6+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience in lieu of a degree
- In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
- Experience using organization development to enhance performance.
- Experience of operating within an HR Shared Service delivery model.
- Experience managing employee relations cases, talent development and enabling culture change.
- Your needs are as unique as you are.

Compensation
- $81,520 - $132,470-Annually
