Requirements
- Must be independently competent to accomplish tasks and take initiative to correct deficiencies.
- An ideal candidate will have experience repairing and maintaining sewing machines such as Barudan, Brother, PFAFF, and Juki.
Nice to have
- Technical or trade school candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with industrial controls and PLC knowledge are preferred.
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ongoing compliance with attendance policies is a must.
- We look for safety-minded team members who think and act safely.
- Must be able to safely operate a scissor lift, forklift, and other vehicles.
- Must have good communication and computer skills.
- Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds on occasion.
