Global Payroll Manager Are you the kind of person that is always thinking, sketching, seeking, and adjusting?

Implement, document, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and controls
Perform and/or oversee payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net, funding, tax, general ledger interfaces) while investigating and resolving variances.
Serve as primary point of contact for payroll audits and controls testing (including SOX); provide documentation and evidence and drive remediation.
Manage relationships with third-party providers; ensure service levels, issue resolution, and contract/SLA adherence.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT to resolve escalations, support business initiatives to deliver a positive employee experience.
Develop and report key performance metrics and analytics; present insights and process improvement recommendations to leadership.
Lead, coach, and develop payroll team members and/or regional partners; set priorities, provide training to ensure consistent execution of global standards.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related experience required; OR you have 10+ years of direct Global Payroll, multi country experience then a degree is not required
Experience with Workday HCM, Paycom payroll and SAP general ledger
