About the role
- This Rental Manager position will oversee the specific retail/rental locations as assigned.
- Responsible for supervision of rental and retail staff
- Identify, organize and complete equipment or facility maintenance projects
Responsibilities
- Readily available "on the floor" to answer questions, motivate, and provide support necessary for staff.

Requirements
- 2-year experience in a ski shop or related retail or rental shop required.
- 2-year guest service experience required
- 1-year supervisory experience required
- 1-year retail or rental sales experience with RTP sales systems required
- Cash handling experience required
- Experience reading and managing to revenue and labor budgets recommended
- Must have valid driver's license and meet SSRC insurability standards
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be able to regularly move boxes that weigh up to 50lbs
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, hear, and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
Compensation
- $58,485 - $67,000 per year
