- The laboratory assistants consult and advise other staff groups/members regarding IVF laboratory needs and procedures.

Nice to have
- Daily data entry from IVF and or andrology worksheet into EMR.
- Preparation of paperwork for next day procedures.
- Daily IVF laboratory cleaning and regular plus biohazard trash removal.
- Preparation of disposable material used in lab procedures.
- Works together with Laboratory Director to coordinate work for an effective use of resources.
- Works collaboratively with the IVF Laboratory Director and the IVF team to proactively identify evolving "best practices" as well as area of improvement in the Laboratory process and department operations.
- Organizes scheduling, packaging and shipping of genetic samples to outside laboratories as needed.
- Organizes scheduling and receiving of media and plasticware for IVF, andrology, endocrinology and satellites laboratories.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 annually. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
