About the role

  • As the Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies and serves as the project manager for major initiatives, providing key strategic insights that guide execution.
  • In this position, you will lead marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives; collaborates with the Director on the annual marketing and communications plan and unit‑level plans; and oversees the development of marketing tools, research, and analytics.
  • In partnership with the Director and specialized team members in web, graphic design, photography, and videography, you will guide strategic storytelling opportunities across marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, website content, multimedia projects, and advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field AND three (3) years of professional level experience in marketing, promotional or related work.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Experience with web/HTML, e-mail marketing tools, presentation software, social media channels, and Google Analytics.
