About the role
- We provide a challenging environment supported by a team that wants you to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation by transforming stakeholder ideas into user stories, feature scopes, and technical requirements.
- Own the interface by creating customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that define the user experience before it reaches the development phase.
- Build close relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze user behaviour, and champion product improvements that solve real-world pain points.
- Implement system changes and configurations to tailor our lending solutions to the specific business needs of our operations and our partners.
- Serve as a key support contact by receiving and triaging stakeholder inquiries and bug reports, working closely with both stakeholders and developers to diagnose issues, communicate transparently on status, and drive timely resolutions.
- You possess a natural "owner" mindset with the initiative to identify pain points and drive feature ideas from concept to completion.
- You set and manage stakeholder expectations with honesty and professionalism, keeping the right people informed at the right time.
Requirements
- You can take a high-level, sometimes vague business request and distill it into a structured technical requirement that an engineer can execute without constant back-and-forth.
Nice to have
- Problem-solvers.
- People who move fast, embrace innovation, and believe we're stronger together.
- This is a unique opportunity for a Product Analyst to help us bridge the gap between business intent and technical reality.
- Investigate system behaviour, navigate databases, and resolve reported issues at the source.
- Work side-by-side with front-end and back-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless execution of new features.
- Having a PMP or BA certification is a great plus!
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, maintaining tight feedback loops between internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits
- Premium benefits plan fully paid by nesto, including comprehensive insurance and unlimited access to telemedicine and mental health services for you and your family.
- We are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and we strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities to apply.
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, commercial real estate, or a related field.
- You are comfortable and enthusiastic about learning new tools and technologies, including AI, and actively seek out ways to incorporate them into how you work and solve problems.
- Accelerated Growth: The slope of your learning curve here will be vertical.
- Rest & Recharge: 4 weeks of vacation to ensure you stay at peak performance.
Company info
