Responsibilities

  • Partner with Solution and Forward Deployed Engineers during critical sales and implementation projects to deeply understand customer needs.
  • Develop standard templates and reusable components that reduce time-to-activation and solve core challenges.
  • Drive Scalable Value: Partner with Solution and Forward Deployed Engineers during critical sales and implementation projects to deeply understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Core Product: Work closely with the core product team to prioritize platform features that unblock application development, and act as an expert user consultant during the development of new features.
  • You build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels, driven by a product-centric mindset to understand their needs and solve their challenges at scale.

Requirements

  • Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms.
  • You bring 3-6 years of data science, software engineering, consulting, or product management experience that includes customer-facing work or product ownership.
  • You have a strong technical or quantitative background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or Economics.
  • Ideal Qualifications (but not required)
  • You have experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
