Maintain loyalty program membership within the customer administration portal, including adding, updating, and removing member accounts
Validate and apply eligible sales to member accounts, ensuring accurate point allocation and reconciliation
Provide responsive, day-to-day customer support to loyalty program members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Execute and support marketing and promotional activities across programs, ensuring consistent communication and direct customer engagement to drive participation and satisfaction
Monitor and manage Help Desk tickets, coordinating with internal teams and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse customers and colleagues.

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on loyalty, satisfaction, or program management.
Experience with customer lifecycle mapping or marketing automation journeys (e.g., onboarding → engagement → retention → advocacy).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty platforms (advanced Excel skills are a bonus)
