Responsibilities

  • CWK) is a global leader in real estate services, leveraging our specialized expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional value to owners and occupiers.
  • Melts lead bar, wire, or scrap to add lead to joint or to extrude melted scrap into reusable form.
  • Installs or repairs equipment, such as lead pipes, valves, floors, and tank linings.
  • Develops templates and other work aids to hold and align parts.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
  • Certification required.

  • Control Precision - The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.

  • Must have working knowledge of the following topics; blueprint reading, ability to draw and interpret isometric diagrams, or be able to be certified to B31.

Nice to have

  • AA degree in Welding preferred, but not required 0-2+ years of Industrial Pipe Fitting, Pipe Welding and Repairs.
