About the role
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement, Sourcing & Costing Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, managing multiple priorities, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Review, approve, and reconcile supplier invoices against agreed-upon terms
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain monthly cost updates across our pharmacy partner network
- Support demand forecasting and financial planning for operational initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of pharmacy partner rosters and dispensing fee structures
- Process and manage operational requests including product updates and system configuration changes
- Develop standardized workflows and contribute to process automation initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
