About the role

  • As an SVP, Relationship Banker III at First Western, you'll be at the forefront of managing and expanding our lending portfolio while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • This role combines portfolio management and client relationship development, allowing you to directly contribute to both individual and team production goals in loans, deposits, and assets under management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of loans, deposits, and assets under management to meet team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized financial solutions.
  • Process loan requests and manage them through the approval process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • NMLS certification required upon hire.
  • 10+ years of business development or client development experience, including 5-7 years of lending and/or underwriting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with banking and credit software and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and managing complex client relationships.

  • Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

  • $137,000 - $206,000/YR *Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills*
  • $137,000 - $206,000/YR, plus strong bonus potential.
