About the role

  • Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, this role sits at the center of the business.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear strategies, priorities, and company-wide narratives
  • Represent the Office of the President in key forums, aligning senior stakeholders and driving outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end company-wide strategic planning process
  • Build materials that drive alignment and execution across the business
  • Maintain a clear point of view on priorities, trade-offs, and performance
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and drive actions to accelerate progress
  • Develop executive- and board-level presentations, memos, and communications
  • Build analyses and business cases to inform key trade-offs
  • You'll lead company-wide planning, shape the narratives that guide decisions, and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across a global subscription business.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on evolving priorities and special projects
  • Experience creating executive- and board-level materials that drive decisions
  • Support program for new parents

Requirements

  • 12+ years in management consulting and/or corporate strategy, with experience owning enterprise or company-wide planning
  • Experience in subscription, SVOD/streaming, or direct-to-consumer businesses
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction
  • A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
  • MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience in strategy, operations, or leadership roles

Compensation

  • The Pay Range for this position is listed.
  • $183,000 - $228,000 USD
