- Euclid's project controls services span development, pre-construction, financing, construction, hand-off to asset management, and M&A transactions.
Responsibilities
- Support cost control and budget tracking across a portfolio of solar PV and energy storage projects from C&I to utility-scale across all major US markets.
- Support benchmarking exercises to identify cost trends and opportunities for savings.
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards (project-level spend, commitments vs. actuals, forecast variance) to inform project managers and leadership.
- Produce clear, concise reports and analyses to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Support the development, maintenance, and administration of project master schedules across the portfolio.
- Support schedule review meetings with project teams, contributing to collaborative discussions and timeline tracking.
- Drive accurate cash flow forecasting through alignment of schedule milestones and budget data.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of tools and workflows within Euclid's platform to better serve project developers and investors.
- Collaborate across the controls team and broader organization on ad-hoc analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and databases (Excel, Smartsheet), including data summarization, visualization, and formula/coding skills.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
Nice to have
- Experience using scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and automation in Excel and/or Smartsheet.
- Exposure to EPC contracting, construction finance, or lender reporting processes.
- Multidisciplinary exposure and training across tax, legal, finance, diligence, engineering, energy storage, and more.

- Exposure to high-profile, industry-leading clients, products, and technology across utility and commercial scale PV and BESS.

Compensation
- The starting base salary for this role is between $100,000-$115,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity are dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience, and internal compensation equity
