About the role

  • Experience - Must possess self-management skills and require little to no supervision.
  • Identify cost savings and revenue generation opportunities.
  • Supporting margin improvement, including exploring strategic initiatives and partnerships. - Participate in budget development and financial management, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing drug budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Cancer Clinical Services/Support
  • Participate in and lead the design, implementation and management of a safe, high-quality, and effective medication uses system.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy liaisons and support personnel, to maintain high standards of service and safety.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support safe, efficient, and high-quality pharmacy services.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Required)

Skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Advance Degree (Master's, MBA), Doctor of Pharmacy, and/or completion of an accredited residency
  • PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY-2 Pharmacy Specialty or HSPAL Residency or
  • PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and 2 years of pertinent experience or
  • Minimum four (4) years of pertinent pharmacy experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of leadership / supervisory experience
  • Oncology/Infusion Experience
  • Licensure as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by the hire date.

Compensation

  • Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system.
  • Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range.
  • Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
  • $158,371.00 - $182,041.00 - $215,342.00
