About the role
- This is a hybrid role. Team members are required to be in the Miamisburg, Ohio office weekly on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
- The Strategy and GTM Leader of Public Records will drive the Public Records strategic agenda for our LexisNexis Legal & Professional Business in North America by assessing future growth opportunities aligned with the business's strategic mission. They will manage the market facing teams consisting of 1 manager and 8 sales professionals with annual revenue of $14M. They will support the annual capital planning process by developing financial models of new product or new market development initiatives for business case approval.
- This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Balances organizational needs with customer needs and creates a strategic plan for the organization.
- Drives formulation of overall research/testing strategy and ensures product decisions are based on data.
- Leads teams to make decisions where quantitative data is unavailable.
Requirements
- Possess MBA degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation
- $136,100 - $252,800.
- Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
