About the role
- Our services include Strategy, Planning, Program Management & Construction Management.
- Also analyze and troubleshoot existing HVAC Systems and Equipment.
- Interface with clients and attend meetings regularly Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days per week on site in Aberdeen, MD.
Requirements
- Licensure: An active PE license in any state is acceptable, as long as all the qualifications required to obtain a MD and NJ license are met.
- A security clearance is not required, but the successful candidate will eventually require a TS-SCI clearance.
- Software: Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Display a working knowledge of facility plumbing
- Display a working knowledge of data center electrical systems (generator, UPS, lighting, power distribution, etc)
- Possess a working knowledge of specifications
- Have solid knowledge of codes and standards for his/her trade
- Hands-on experience with controls, instrumentation, testing & balancing and real-life problem solving.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
