Responsibilities

  • Splitit is building a new generation of offerings that extends our core value proposition into card and lending products. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how these programs are structured, launched, and scaled.
  • Your initial focus will be helping bring Splitit's first card program to market. You'll work cross-functionally across internal teams and external partners to drive readiness, coordinate execution, and ensure the program launches successfully.
  • Following launch, you'll help establish and scale the operational foundation for the program-owning partner relationships, refining processes, and ensuring the program runs effectively day-to-day.
  • Program Build & Execution
  • Drive readiness for Splitit's first card program across internal teams and external partners
  • Support onboarding of key partners (sponsor bank, servicer, network) and navigate setup requirements
  • Identify risks, solve problems, and drive alignment across stakeholders ahead of launch
  • Operational Build & Scale
  • Help design and stand up core servicing processes (call center operations, disputes, statements, communications)
  • Lead setup and coordination with the sponsor bank, including program configuration and approvals

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in launching and operating card programs at a senior level
  • Strong understanding of the card ecosystem, including sponsor banks, processors, servicers, and networks
