About the role
- The role is also involved in a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes within the business unit, supporting readiness, inventory, planning, and logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and manages kit production and scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking production progress and evaluating factors that impact schedules.
- Manages moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and management & logistics support within the business unit.
- Drives the analysis conducted for backlog management of field upgrades.
- Monitors key metrics, creates relevant reporting metrics, and reviews information for continuous improvement.
- Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.
- Supports and drives efficiency and effectiveness of kitting operations, including inventory management, staging, and material handling processes, quality, and logistics
Requirements
- The role is critical to field press upgrade projects and requires a high level of attention to detail, strong inventory management capabilities, knowledge of BOM structures, and effective material management.
- Holds responsibility for the readiness, availability and visibility of materials required to meet production schedules and overall demand objectives.
- Collaborates with and, when required, or leads cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance business objectives, such as cost-management and operational efficiency.
- Typically has 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

- Preferred but not required, bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $73,800 to $107,000 USD annually with additional
