About the role
- This position has daily contact with CCM customers, Loan Originators, & Production Managers to ensure accurate and timely disclosures and loan submissions.
Responsibilities
- Review documents and entire loan files and work to prevent problems by highlighting deficiencies and then notifying the mortgage loan officer.
- Communicate with all partners including Sales, Processing, Closing and Underwriting as needed.
- You'll get unwavering support from all departments and total transparency from the top down.
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with RESPA/TRID.
- Experience in the mortgage industry.
- Knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule.
- FHA/VA/USDA knowledge a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
