About the role
- Augsburg University is committed to helping our student explore their vocation.
- This position is scheduled to work approximately 8-15 hours a week.
- The CLASS Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential student information when working on job tasks.
- Manage a database of testing schedules, and prepare envelopes for exams being taken in the testing center.
- Proctor exams, schedule proctors for exams as needed, and support oversight of testing in the CLASS Office.
- Support the Assistive Technology/Accommodations specialist with alternative format production.
Requirements
- Students must be currently enrolled at Augsburg and must be work-study eligible.
Nice to have
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Computer skills: Recommended experience with Excel, Google Sheets, online databases, and Adobe.

- Communicate well with students, faculty, and staff in-person, on the phone, and in online interactions.
