- Greenhouse is looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team!

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and extend new product features for our internal web app utilizing a modern tech stack composed of Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel
- Build, test, and maintain robust, production grade data pipelines and automated integrations between core revenue engines like Salesforce and Gong
- Partner directly with Customer Growth & Success (CGS) stakeholders across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to translate their daily business pain points into an actionable engineering roadmap
- Evaluate, refine, and operationalize LLM prompts, open source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to optimize the validity and actionability of output data
- Document foundational technical architecture decisions and write clear operational playbooks so that your standalone systems can be easily maintained by the broader team over time
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build and extend applications for internal revenue and CGS teams (i.e. Claude Code,ChatGPT, Cursor, etc)

Requirements
- You are motivated by challenges and love finding the right solution for your team, shipping custom features that immediately solve user friction
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada as of the start date chosen by the Company.
Nice to have
- Deep technical familiarity or custom API integration experience with tools like Gong and/or Outreach, a plus
- Prior professional experience operating inside a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business model, a plus
Compensation
- The national pay range for this role is $117,500 - $176,300 CAD.
