About the role
- We are looking for experienced and innovative ML engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of the technical team pioneering in advance AI engineering for e-commerce scenarios at Coupang.
- We pioneer in innovative optimization techniques for AI reasoning and token completion models.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields
Nice to have
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technology companies or organizations
- Knowledge in e-commerce or eagerness to learn
- Experience applying Large Language Models or Large Image Models in an industry
- Ability to dive deep into the algorithms / systems and generate ideas of improvements
- Ability to efficiently run experiments, analyze results, and quickly iterate
- Solid track record of delivering big business impacts via technology innovations
- Excellent communications and collaborations across teams and across functionalities
