Are you looking to play a strategic role at the heart of commercial decision-making and have a direct impact on the performance of a growing company?

Develop and execute pricing strategies designed to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Structure, negotiate, and optimize strategic commercial agreements.
Monitor market trends and recommend relevant pricing adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
Leverage data to generate actionable, results-oriented recommendations. Prepare executive-level presentations and effectively communicate insights and opportunities to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally while exercising influential leadership to ensure commercial alignment and consistency across the organization.
Guide the evolution of analytical tools, processes, and dashboards to enhance information quality and support data-driven decision-making.
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving initiatives that create long-term business value.
Bilingual in French and English (to support Canadian and international partners).

3-6 years of experience in pricing management, commercial analysis, or a related field, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Advanced knowledge of analytical tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
