We seek a passionate, self-motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for our school and clinic roles -where your expertise truly makes a difference.

Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities developed by the supervising SLP.
Track and document client performance during sessions, reporting progress and concerns to the supervising SLP.
Prepare engaging, age-appropriate therapy materials and maintain an organized therapy space within the school and/or clinic environment.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support carryover of speech and language goals into the classroom.
Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support therapy outcomes.

Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
California state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) as required by the jurisdiction.
Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the development of speech and language.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques and strategies to meet the unique needs of individual clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, occupational therapists, and educators.

In collaboration with the SLP, adjust therapy approaches as needed to meet individual student needs and educational goals.
