- 3+ years of experience with BPEL development
- 3+ years of Oracle Forms
- 3+ years of PL/SQL
- 4 years of Oracle 11i Financials Implementation Experience
- 5+ years of DOD Financial Process
- 3+ years experience Java J2EE or J2SE Development
- 3+ years Oracle Reports/BI Publisher
