Responsibilities
- The role includes working on exciting projects, collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and technicians, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive the company's success.
- You will help develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope and complexity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure propulsion designs meet project requirements and standards.
- You will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for propulsion systems and components and stay updated with the latest advancements in propulsion engineering, applying new knowledge to ongoing projects.
- We deliver mission-proven technologies to our customers that safeguard our nation, protect space-based assets and enable space exploration.
Requirements
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
- 2 years of experience.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior engineers.

Nice to have
- Internship or co-op experience in propulsion engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Basic proficiency in using engineering design software and tools such as CAD, FEA, or CFD.
- Basic understanding of propulsion system components and their functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Compensation
- $70,213.00 - $96,542.50
- Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
