Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent for our GTM teams, with a specific focus on Post-Sales teams like Customer Success, Global Services & Support, etc
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
- Mentor and provide guidance to fellow recruiting team peers to continuously develop our team
- Ability to manage projects and simultaneously prioritize the talent acquisition flow in an environment with competing demands
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with a track record of not only reporting and analyzing key recruiting metrics/data for quick problem-solving in the recruiting flow, but also contributing to developing a comprehensive recruiting plan and strategy

Requirements
- This includes using AI to analyze the experience, skills and qualifications in your application materials to help with screening and prioritizing candidates.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry is a plus
Compensation
- For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $35,000 and $65,000.
