About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr.
This role will be accountable for driving continuous improvement of Oracle EBS Financial applications and enhancing finance-related IT capabilities across the organization.
Envista operates with a diverse ERP footprint due to acquisitions, multiple business units, and cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business units to drive impactful system improvements and digital transformation initiatives
Lead functional design, configuration, testing, rollout, and support for enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades
Manage, mentor, and grow a distributed team of IT professionals including contractors, and external partners
Collaborate with external vendors and consulting partners to ensure quality delivery, on-time execution, and budget adherence
Lead and guide complex cross-functional initiatives throughout full SDLC - from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support
Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and compliance requirements to deliver high-value solutions
Drive process automation, reporting improvements, and enhanced user experiences through best practices
Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, and Security teams to support audits, risk assessments, and remediation plans
Drive strong alignment between Finance, IT, Operations, and other key stakeholders to solve business challenges using Oracle solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules
experience managing large enterprise finance systems.
Proven track record leading distributed teams and managing complex ERP delivery efforts
Deep expertise across Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and related financial components
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and product enhancements
Experience with system integrations, reporting tools, and data governance best practices
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, ERP governance, and IT controls
Experience working with external vendors/consulting partners on Oracle ERP projects
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location

Nice to have

Oracle EBS Financials certification or equivalent is a strong plus

Compensation

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
$164,300 - $190,000
