About the role
- Suno's growth runs on paid social, and paid social runs on creative.
- This is the role that decides what that creative is and why: the strategist who turns audience insight into the concepts everyone else executes.
- This is a high-ownership role with real strategic latitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep audience and market research to uncover new personas, pain points, and use cases worth targeting.
- Develop angles, hooks, and messaging built around how people actually behave on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Partner with performance marketing managers to turn account needs into concrete creative direction.
- a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a creative strategist in a high-volume, high-velocity performance creative environment.
- A strong track record of paid social creative for live Meta and/or TikTok campaigns, with results you can speak to.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
Skills
- Deep fluency in audience and market research, and the instinct to turn it into non-obvious angles.
- Fluency in Motion (or a comparable creative analytics tool) to read what's driving performance and act on it.
- Comfort reading metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, and CTR, and turning them into the next round of concepts.
- Experience at a consumer subscription app, a growth agency running paid social, or a DTC/ecommerce brand.
- Comfort folding AI tools into research and ideation to move faster.
- A love of music and an eye for culture.
Compensation
- This is a contract role paying $80 to $120 per hour, depending on experience, at roughly 20 to 40 hours per week.
