The Concert Operations team is seeking a collaborative Part Time House Manager (17.5 hours/week).
Reporting to the Associate Director of Front of House Operations, this hybrid role splits time between remote administrative planning (40%) and lively on-site event execution (60%).

Administrative Support: Build detailed show info sheets, manage ticketing scanners, coordinate student usher event schedules, and evaluate front-of-house procedures to suggest creative process improvements.
Accessibility & Safety: Coordinate venue accessibility layouts for patrons, ensure compliance with ADA standards, manage facility safety regulations, and safely secure facilities before and after events.

Three to five years of experience in a guest experience or front-of-house role within a performing arts or theater environment, including some supervisory experience.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure.
